Essays and applications will be judged by the Student Advisory Committee in conjunction with the State Executive Council. • Successful candidates receiving the largest number of votes (but must be at least a majority) will have earned a posi- tion as a National Delegate. • The number of delegates to be chosen may vary year-to-year and will depend on the number of slots available, after consideration for officers and officers elect. • Announcement of National Delegates will be made by May 1st of each year.
