A blanket letter from a music library may be used. Any entry containing music not properly licensed will result in point penalties. Contestants may also create their own music during post-production. No stock photography, no stock video, no stock animation or graphics packages are allowed. • Audio and video must be in the same file; we cannot accept submissions with separate audio and video files. • One nonlinear editing system (multiple computers are not allowed).
