2025-26 ANNUAL REPORT 3 T he 2025-26 program year reflects both the strength of SkillsUSA Massachusetts today and the opportunity before us. We reached a record 43,002 members - the highest membership in our history and third highest in the nation - while expanding leadership, competition and career-connected experiences for students across the Commonwealth. Our students demonstrated extraordinary achievement on the national stage, earning 50 medals at the 2026 National Leadership & Skills Conference, with 114 Top 10 finishes, 126 SkillPoint certifications and 14 industry-recognized credentials. These results affirm what we see every day: Massachusetts students are talented, prepared and ready to contribute to a highly skilled workforce. This year also marked important progress in how we serve our members. Champions HUB brought membership, conferences, competitions, assessments, hotel logistics, invoicing, chapter recognition and workforce opportunities into one connected platform. This investment strengthens our ability to operate efficiently, expand access and build a more seamless experience for schools, advisors, students and partners. Growth has also been supported by disciplined stewardship and a strong network of business, industry, education and community partners. Over the past three reported fiscal years, receipts and year-end cash balances increased while the organization maintained positive annual results. That financial foundation allows us to invest in programs, technology, workforce connections and the people who make our mission possible. As we look ahead, our focus is clear: continue growing, continue innovating and continue deepening the bridge between education and employment. Our ambition is to establish SkillsUSA Massachusetts as the number one workforce development organization in Massachusetts - a trusted statewide partner that connects students to the skills, credentials, leadership experiences and career pathways that employers need. Serving this organization is a privilege. I am deeply grateful to our students, advisors, educators, alumni, volunteers, Board of Directors, staff, consultants, sponsors and industry partners. Together, we are building a stronger future for every student, every skill and every career.
